Softball Recap: Tyler Legacy Comes Up Short

Tyler Legacy was the 6-3 winner over North Forney when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders came up short against the Falcons on Tuesday, falling 15-4. The Raiders' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Tyler Legacy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was ReNaa Hicks, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Tyler Legacy's record now sits at 6-15. As for North Forney, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 11-15-1 record.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Tyler Legacy will challenge rival Royse City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, North Forney is set to take on their familiar foe Rockwall-Heath at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
