Soccer Recap: Temple City Comes Up Short

Temple City lost against South Pasadena back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Temple City Rams fell just short of the South Pasadena Tigers by a score of 3-2. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 672nd, while the Tigers are ranked 285th).

Temple City now has a losing record at 6-7-2. As for South Pasadena, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Temple City will take on San Marino at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for South Pasadena, they will square off against La Canada at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
