Basketball Recap: Loyola College Prep Takes a Loss

Loyola College Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a 50-34 bruising from the Woodlawn-Shreveport Knights. The Flyers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Knights earlier this season, when they won 51-42.

Loyola College Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 8-20. As for Woodlawn-Shreveport, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-19.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loyola College Prep will welcome Booker T. Washington-Shreveport at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Woodlawn-Shreveport, they will host Leesville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
