Logan Elm won the last time they faced Zane Trace and things went their way on Saturday too. The Braves were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pioneers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Braves.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 25-20.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Logan Elm to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sadie Binkley, who had nine digs and one assist.

Despite the loss, Zane Trace saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kerrigan Hill had 17 digs. Hill is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Lydia Jarrell, who had 13 assists and eight digs.

Logan Elm's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Logan Elm will be playing at home against Miami Trace at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Zane Trace, they will head out on the road to challenge Amanda-Clearcreek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
