Football Recap: Rock Hill Extends Winning Streak to Four

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rock Hill). They walked away with a 39-26 win over the Purcell Marian Cavaliers on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Redmen sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Rock Hill didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Braylon Mcclellan and Carson Doolin. Rock Hill received some extra help from Brady Murrell, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Rock Hill's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Purcell Marian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Rock Hill will be playing in front of their home fans against Gallia Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Purcell Marian, they are taking a road trip to challenge New Miami at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
