Chadwick waltzed into their match on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Everton Tigers 70-27. Given the Cardinals' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 96th, while the Tigers are ranked 591st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Despite the defeat, Everton had strong showings from Joshua Daniels, who posted 13 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals, and Cameron Sanders, who had five points. That was a full 48.1% of Everton's points, marking the 16th time in a row he's put up more than a third of the team's points.

Chadwick's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Everton, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18.

When Chadwick and Everton next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Chadwick will challenge Galena and their four-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Everton will try to stop Halfway's four-game winning streak when the meet at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
