Happy Valley put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the West Greene Buffaloes 52-0. The Warriors' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a point in their last three contests.

Happy Valley didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Keelin Releford and Landon Keller. Releford is also on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last five games he's played. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Happy Valley's win bumped their record up to 9-0. As for West Greene, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Happy Valley will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on South Greene at 7:00 p.m. on the 30th. As for West Greene, they have already played their next matchup, a 42-0 loss against Unicoi County on the 23rd.
