League recap: Dinwiddie bests Caroline in blowout

4A Conference 20 recap September 17, 2013

Dinwiddie took down Caroline 50-20 last week, the largest margin of any game. Sadarius Williams ran for 216 yards and caught 3 passes for 38 yards in the win.

Tucker made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,427 from 10,519. The advance stemmed from a 27-7 victory over the Tigers last week.

Midlothian's dynamic duo of Jordan Bassett and Keyan Gant proved to be unstoppable against Cosby, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Bassett threw for 147 yards and 2 touchdowns and Gant had 96 yards receiving.

The Trojans' dynamic duo of Bassett and Gant proved tough for the Titans to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.

Williams was the best running back in 4A Conference 20 this week. Teammate Ronald Kearney added to the ground attack by rushing for 85 yards.

Gant was the best receiver in the league this week as Midlothian lost to Cosby.

Kearney provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Generals beat the Cavaliers. Kearney's favorite target this week was Dakarai Wilson, who caught 2 passes for 41 yards.

Williams was a beast in the backfield as Dinwiddie defeated Caroline.

Bassett put up the best numbers through the air as Kevin Thomas' team fell to Pete Mutascio's team.

Billy Mills' team led the league in scoring this week by notching 50 points on Jeremiah Ross' team. Williams during the win.
