Volleyball Recap: Norton Takes a Loss

Norton was the 2-1 winner over Minneapolis when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Bluejays fell just short of the Lions by a score of 2-1 on Monday. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Norton sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 24-26, 25-17.

Minneapolis found their leader in sophomore Quinley Bohl, who had nine digs and two assists.

Norton's loss dropped their record down to 19-14. As for Minneapolis, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-16 record this season.

Norton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Lyons on the 20th. Minneapolis does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
