Volleyball Recap: Monticello Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Monticello lost against St. Thomas More back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Sages took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sabers. The Sages have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-15.

Emerson Snook paced Monticello's offense, picking up seven kills. Snook got some help from Addison Finet and her 12 assists.

Monticello's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for St. Thomas More, they pushed their record up to 18-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Monticello has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Beecher City on the 11th. As for St. Thomas More, they will take on Rantoul at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
