Baseball Game Preview: Chiles Timberwolves vs. Gulf Breeze Dolphins

For the second straight game, Chiles will face off against Gulf Breeze. The Timberwolves will face off against the Dolphins at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Chiles is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They blew past Gulf Breeze 13-4.

Colby Tadder was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Preston Ritchie, who went 4-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Chiles kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive matchups.

Chiles' victory bumped their record up to 16-12. As for Gulf Breeze, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-11 record this season.
