Volleyball Recap: Cape Fear Christian Academy Find Success

It was close, but on Saturday the Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles sidestepped the R.J. Reynolds Demons for a 2-1 win.

Cape Fear Christian Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for R.J. Reynolds, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cape Fear Christian Academy will venture away from home to face off against Triton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for R.J. Reynolds, they will take on Atkins at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
