Baker County never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the West Nassau Warriors 1-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in March.

Baker County got a great performance from Rylee Walker as she didn't allow a single earned run over eight innings pitched. Walker has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Mallory Jackson was excellent, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one stolen base and one double.

Baker County is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for West Nassau, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.

Baker County has already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Columbia on the 17th. As for West Nassau, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Episcopal School of Jacksonville on the 17th.
