Softball Recap: Knippa Takes a Loss

Knippa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They came up short against the Brackett Tigers, falling 17-2.

Knippa's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17-1. As for Brackett, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Knippa will face off against Medina at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bobcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.09 runs per game on average), something the Crushers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Brackett, they are taking a road trip to take on Falls City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
