Telluride's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Ouray, their loss dropped their record down to 0-19.

Ouray was taken down by Telluride 42-11 in their previous meeting back in January. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Telluride's Emma Reggiannini, who almost dropped a double-double with 26 points and nine boards.
