Volleyball Recap: Edgerton Takes a Loss

Edgerton was the 3-2 winner over Stryker when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers on Tuesday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Edgerton couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Stryker a tough time in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 36-21, 23-25, 25-21.

Despite the loss, Edgerton still got an impressive performance from Cara Schroeder, who had 25 digs.

Edgerton's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Stryker, they now also have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Edgerton will host Bryan at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Stryker, they will head out on the road to face off against Hilltop at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
