Recap: Camp Hill Lions vs. North Schuylkill Spartans
The Camp Hill Lions can finally bid farewell to their eight-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They managed a 56-50 victory over North Schuylkill. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Camp Hill has managed all season.
North Schuylkill lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jack Keiter, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and three steals. The match was Keiter's ninth in a row with at least ten points. Zane Zulkowski was another key contributor, scoring 21 points along with five rebounds.
Even though they lost, North Schuylkill were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Camp Hill's win bumped their record up to 1-8. As for North Schuylkill, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.
Camp Hill will be playing in front of their home fans against East Pennsboro at 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday. East Pennsboro presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Camp Hill in Pennsylvania (East Pennsboro is ranked 281st, while Camp Hill is ranked 664th).
