Basketball Recap: Plainfield North Comes Up Short

Plainfield North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 67-61 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wheaton North Falcons.

Plainfield North's loss dropped their record down to 19-10. As for Wheaton North, they pushed their record up to 17-14 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Plainfield North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wheaton North, they will face off against Glenbard East at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wheaton North is facing Glenbard East at the right time seeing as Glenbard East is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
