Soccer Recap: Lone Tree Comes Up Short

Lone Tree was the 1-0 winner over Muscatine when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions fell just short of the Muskies by a score of 1-0 on Saturday.

Lone Tree now has a losing record of 0-1-1. As for Muscatine, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Lone Tree will head out to challenge Solon at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Muscatine, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Iowa City on the 5th.
