Basketball Recap: Farwell Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Farwell waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They claimed a resounding 90-13 win over the Lockney Longhorns. Given the Steers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while the Longhorns are ranked 1165th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Farwell had a senior duo take command as Makylee Baldwin almost dropped a double-double on 25 points and nine rebounds and Landri Richey dropped a triple-double on 17 points, 12 boards, and 12 assists. The game was Baldwin's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isabella Jaime, who went 5 for 11 en route to 17 points and four steals.
