Softball Recap: Case Cardinals vs. West Bridgewater Wildcats

It was a proper cat-fight when Case took on West Bridgewater on Wednesday. The Cardinals never let the Wildcats get on the board and left with a 25-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Cardinals in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won four in a row.

Cailyn Durand made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.
