Baseball Recap: Rangeview Takes a Loss

Rangeview lost to Thomas Jefferson back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Raiders lost 14-2 to the Spartans. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rangeview saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Fabian Amaya, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.

Rangeview's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Thomas Jefferson, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8.

Looking ahead, Rangeview will square off against Adams City at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Thomas Jefferson, they will take on Summit at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Tigers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.6 runs per game on average), something the Spartans will no doubt try to take advantage of.
