Soccer Game Preview: Lincoln vs. Silas

Lincoln is 0-10 against Silas since April of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Abes will welcome the Rams at 7:00 p.m. Lincoln has given up an average of 4 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lincoln came up short against Central Kitsap on Tuesday, falling 6-1. While losing is never fun, Lincoln can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 185th, while Central Kitsap are ranked 38th).

Meanwhile, Silas kept a clean sheet against Mount Tahoma on Thursday. They put the hurt on the T-Birds with a sharp 3-0 victory. Silas might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by three goals or more this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Lincoln and nudges their season record down to 1-4. As for Silas, they now have a winning record of 4-3-1.
