Softball Game Preview: Easton Warriors vs. Colonel Richardson Colonels

The Easton Warriors will head out to challenge the Colonel Richardson Colonels at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Wednesday, Easton came up short against Decatur and fell 7-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Seahawks: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Colonel Richardson beat Kent Island 10-6 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Colonels.

Colonel Richardson's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Easton, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Easton skirted past Colonel Richardson 3-1 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
