Soccer Recap: Fairhope Comes Up Short

Fairhope had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oak Mountain Eagles on Thursday. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2022.

Fairhope didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 1-0 victory against St. Luke's Episcopal on the 7th. As for Oak Mountain, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Spanish Fort on the 7th.
