Soccer Game Preview: Jupiter Christian vs. St. Edward's

The Jupiter Christian Eagles will challenge the St. Edward's Pirates at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

St. Edward's better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Jupiter Christian really get things going. Jupiter Christian never let Pineapple Cove Classical Academy onto the board and left with a 3-0 win on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Meanwhile, St. Edward's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Tradition Prep.

William Kourakis and Rory Barton scored both of St. Edward's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

St. Edward's is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-9 record this season. As for Jupiter Christian, their win bumped their record up to 9-7-3.

Jupiter Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against St. Edward's when the teams last played back in December of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will Jupiter Christian repeat their success, or does St. Edward's have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
