A big part of Paoli's win came down to the chemistry between Justin Thornton and his top target Dane Padgett. Thornton rushed for 143 yards and three TDs on only five carries while Padgett gained 146 total yards and five touchdowns. Those 143 rushing yards gave Thornton a new career-high. Trey Robbins got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.
