Spring Lake entered their tilt with Holland on Monday with four consecutive wins dating back to last season, and they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Dutch. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Wednesday.

Spring Lake's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Holland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-16-1.

After both having extra time off, Spring Lake and Fruitport will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on May 7. As for Holland, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Grand Haven on the 28th.
