Wednesday just wasn't the day for Esperanza's offense. They fell 3-0 to the Norco Cougars on Wednesday. The Aztecs' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Esperanza's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Norco, they pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Esperanza will challenge Pacifica at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Norco, they will take on Centennial at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
