Volleyball Recap: Ridgeline Riverhawks vs. Hillcrest Huskies
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Ridgeline had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Hillcrest Huskies with a sharp 3-0 victory.
The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-20, 25-12.
Among those leading the charge was Jentzen Budge, who had nine digs and two aces.
Budge wasn't the only good server: Ridgeline was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. The Riverhawks are a perfect 7-0 when they serve at least ten aces.
Ridgeline has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-9 record this season. As for Hillcrest, they dropped their record down to 10-19 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.
