Football Recap: Columbus Blue Devils vs. Northside Patriots
Columbus won against Hardaway on Thursday with 45 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Columbus Blue Devils breezed by the Northside Patriots to the tune of 45-6. Another player making a difference was Harmony Franklin, who gained 106 total yards and two touchdowns.
Columbus didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Alexandria Lofton and Jamiese Spivey. Lofton also set a new season high mark in receiving yards with 152.
Columbus has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.
