Football Recap: Calhoun County Comes Up Short

Calhoun County played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 56-7 defeat at the hands of the Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Trojans. The Saints were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-7.

Calhoun County's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Hunter-Kinard-Tyler, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.
