Baseball Recap: Detroit Lakes Falls to Little Falls in First Game of Season

Detroit Lakes had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Little Falls Flyers on Tuesday, falling 19-0. The Lakers have struggled against the Flyers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Detroit Lakes will challenge Thief River Falls at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Little Falls, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Pierz at 5:00 p.m.
