Volleyball Preview: Magnolia Bulldogs vs. Klein Collins Tigers        
        
		
             The Magnolia Bulldogs are taking a road trip to  square off against the Klein Collins Tigers  at 5:30  p.m.  on Friday. Magnolia is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
 On Tuesday, Magnolia made easy work of Klein Forest  and carried off  a  3-0 win.
 Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Magnolia took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-10,  25-7.
  Mallie Kitchens was the offensive standout of the  game as she  had nine  digs.
 Magnolia  couldn't miss and  finished the game having scored on 43.8% of their attack attempts. The last time their  hitting percentage was this high was  back in August of 2023.
 Meanwhile,  it was a proper cat-fight when  Klein Collins challenged Klein Oak on Friday. Klein Collins sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  3-2  victory over Klein Oak. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Tigers.
 Klein Collins wouldn't go down easily and took Klein Oak into a fifth set  where they got it done with a six-point win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-23, 21-25, 25-18,  15-9.
 Magnolia has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-12 record  this season. As for Klein Collins, their win  ended  a  three-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 12-17.
 Magnolia skirted past Klein Collins  3-2 in their previous matchup  back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for Magnolia since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
