Softball Recap: Five Straight Road Victories for Seaman

Seaman won the last time they faced Turner and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vikings walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Golden Bears. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Kaelyn O'Rourke looked comfortable as she struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk).

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Aubrey Warren, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Raegan McConnell was another key player, scoring two runs while going 4-for-5.

Seaman kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in May of 2024.

Seaman's win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0. As for Turner, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Seaman wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against Basehor-Linwood on the 3rd. Turner does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
