Warrior Run's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Mifflinburg on Friday. The Warrior Run Defenders simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Hughesville Spartans 82-35. The Defenders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 22 points or more this season.

Warrior Run is also on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.4 points per game. As for Hughesville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Warrior Run will venture away from home to face off against Southern Columbia Area at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Hughesville, they will head out on the road to challenge Mifflinburg at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Mifflinburg will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Hughesville surely won't give up without a fight.
