Midlothian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dk Chapman Jr. led the charge by rushing for 87 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries, while also picking up 33 receiving yards and a touchdown. Chapman Jr. got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 56 yards. Another player making a difference was Tyler Snead, who threw for 119 yards and five touchdowns.

The victory got Powhatan back to even at 3-3. As for Midlothian, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
