Basketball Recap: James Island Skates Past Stall with Ease

James Island posted their biggest victory since December 14, 2024 on Monday. They blew past the Stall Warriors, posting a 66-36 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Trojans also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

James Island's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Parker Renault, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 boards. The dominant performance gave Renault a new career-high in rebounds. Matthew Gladden was another key player, going 6 for 8 on his way to 14 points.

James Island has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. As for Stall, they dropped their record down to 3-14 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.
