Soccer Recap: West Middlesex Comes Up Short + How To Watch

West Middlesex was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 5-1 to the Slippery Rock Rockets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to West Middlesex of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Liam Davis, who's now up to three this season.

West Middlesex's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Slippery Rock, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, West Middlesex will challenge Mercer at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be West Middlesex's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Slippery Rock, they will face off against Mercyhurst Prep at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
