Basketball Recap: Waskom Takes a Loss

Waskom lost against Gary back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Waskom Wildcats fell 46-39 to the Gary Bobcats.

Waskom's loss dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Gary, they pushed their record up to 24-8 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Waskom will head out to face off against Elysian Fields at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Elysian Fields has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Gary, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Bobcats challenge the Bearcats at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
