Columbia Montour Vo-Tech fell victim to Northwest Area and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Rangers, falling 15-0. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Rangers recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Columbia Montour Vo-Tech's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Northwest Area, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Columbia Montour Vo-Tech will host Sugar Valley Rural at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Northwest Area, they will take on Crestwood at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
