Bristol County Agricultural barely beat Upper Cape Cod RVT the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Chieftains were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rams on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Chieftains in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won seven in a row.

Bristol County Agricultural was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-15, 25-20.

Sophia Lopes and Nigella Johnson certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Lopes had ten digs and four aces, while Johnson had 20 digs. Johnson is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 18 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Bristol County Agricultural's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Upper Cape Cod RVT, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.

Looking ahead, Bristol County Agricultural will be playing in front of their home fans against Wareham at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Upper Cape Cod RVT, they will venture away from home to take on Southeastern RVT at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Rams are facing the Hawks at the right time seeing as the Hawks are stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
