Basketball Game Preview: West Cowboys vs. Logan Chieftains

The West Cowboys and the Logan Chieftains will round out the year against one another at at 1:15 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

West is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering South just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 58-46 to the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, Logan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 69-45 to Heath. While losing is never fun, the Chieftains can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 444th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 37th).

West's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-4. As for Logan, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
