Football Game Preview: Warren County Wildcats vs. Liberty Eagles

The Warren County Wildcats will face off against the Liberty Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Warren County comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 65-6, which was the final score in Warren County's tilt against James Wood on Friday.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 34 points the game before, Liberty was a bit more limited in their game last Friday. They and Eastern View were almost perfectly matched up, but the Eagles suffered a 7-6 loss. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Cyclones: they've now lost four in a row.

Liberty didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Tyson Schrum.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Warren County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
