Baseball Recap: Jackson Comes Up Short

Jackson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Adrian Maples, falling 16-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Maples this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 on Monday.

Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Adrian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

While Jackson had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
