Softball Recap: East Henderson Comes Up Short

East Henderson lost against Tuscola back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The East Henderson Eagles lost 13-2 to the Tuscola Mountaineers. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

East Henderson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Malea Bailey, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

East Henderson's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Tuscola, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Henderson will host Hendersonville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tuscola, they will welcome Franklin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Franklin is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.
