Lifegate Christian had won three straight games and Maegan Zurovec did her part to make it four on Monday. The Falcons put the hurt on Varsity Opponent with a sharp 3-0 win with plenty of help from Zurovec, who had 15 assists and seven aces. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last four times she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lifegate Christian took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-13, 25-4.

Lifegate Christian's victory bumped their record up to 9-1.

Looking ahead, Lifegate Christian will head out on the road to square off against DaVinci at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Varsity Opponent, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against North Greene on the 22nd.
