Basketball Recap: Upland Highlanders/Scots vs. Temple City Rams
Upland was the 63-46 winner over Temple City when they last played one another back in December of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. The Upland Highlanders/Scots fell to the Temple City Rams 52-48. The Highlanders/Scots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Brayden Kwan was his usual excellent self, earning 18 points along with five steals for Temple City. Another player making a difference was Dylan Lam, who posted ten points in addition to five rebounds.
Upland's record is now 1-4. As for Temple City, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Upland will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Viewpoint at 6:00 p.m. on December 18th. As for Temple City, they will challenge Marina at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Marina has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
