Denmark is a perfect 3-0 against Sprayberry since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. Denmark are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will face off against the Sprayberry Yellow Jackets at 5:55 p.m. Denmark's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so Sprayberry's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Denmark took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They put the hurt on Grayson with a sharp 11-2 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Denmark considering their two-run performance the match before.

Geno Goralski and Daniel Biondo did most of the damage at the plate: Goralski went a perfect4-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI, while Biondo went a perfect3-for-3 with four RBI and two doubles. That home run marked the first that Goralski's launched this season. Another player making a difference was Jason Williams, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Sprayberry came up short against Cass last Monday, falling 13-7.

The win got Denmark back to even at 2-2. As for Sprayberry, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

Denmark was able to grind out a solid victory over Sprayberry in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, winning 8-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for Denmark since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
