Football Game Preview: Jupiter Warriors vs. Suncoast Chargers

The Jupiter Warriors will challenge the Suncoast Chargers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Jupiter is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Jupiter will bounce into Friday's matchup after beating Palm Beach Central, who they had gone 0-8 against in their eight prior meetings. The Warriors came out on top against the Broncos by a score of 27-20 on Friday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jupiter to victory, but perhaps none more so than Andrew Embick, who threw for 203 yards and three TDs. Those 203 passing yards gave Embick a new career-high. Jayden Roberts helped Embick out on the ground, rushing for 66 yards and one touchdown, while also catching one score.

Jupiter didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Rhys Hall and Caden Kimbrell.

Meanwhile, Suncoast fell victim to Dillard and their airtight defense on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 65-0 loss at the hands of the Panthers. Having soared to a lofty 36 points in the game before, the Chargers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Jupiter's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Suncoast, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Everything came up roses for Jupiter against Suncoast when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 44-13 win. In that contest, the Warriors amassed a halftime lead of 38-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
